Yume is located in the heart of downtown Sarasota. Sushi here is synonymous with surfing and fun. Beautiful execution of dishes and plentiful seating. Enjoy a large selection of sake and sushi. Yume made ‘best of Sarasota’ in 2015 and it’s not hard to see why: a selection of katsu dishes, usuzukuri (white fish with daikon), crispy tartare, and sushi options round out the menu.
