The St. Armands Seafood & Music Festival in St. Armand’s Circle Park is an annual event serving food, drinks, and entertainment. Get outdoors and enjoy live music in a beautiful beach setting.
What is the St. Armands Seafood & Music Festival?
Music with live bands and entertainment offers several styles of music from jazz to rock to steel pan sounds. Join people in beautiful JD Hamel Park for 3 days of fun and festivities hosted by the Downtown Sarasota Enrichment Association. Amazing fresh food is served with the finest ingredients with seafood, meat, and vegetarian entrees cooked onsite. Don’t forget to pair it with a cold brew or non-alcoholic beverage of choice followed by delightful desserts. Still not convinced? Check out the marketplace teeming with arts, crafts, gourmet food items, and specialty products for sale throughout the festival. Hosted by the Humane Society of Sarasota County, the event supports its mission of adopting animals to loving homes while providing a fun time for visitors.

The festival runs for 3 days each year from Friday to Sunday from 11 am to 10 pm for two days, ending at 6 pm on Sunday.

Driving directions to the Sarasota Seafood & Music Festival:
From St. Armands Circle, take John Ringling BlVD across Rt. 41 to Cocoanut and Gulfstream. Head south on Gulfstream. The show begins at the intersection of Gulfstream and Main.
From North or South of downtown Sarasota, take Rt. 41 to Marina Plaza and Main. Turn east on Main and go towards Gulfstream. JD Hamel Park will be on the right with all the festivities taking place in the park.
Parking
Several parking options are available for the festivals:
Palm Avenue Garage (1289 Palm Ave)
One block from Main Street on North Palm AveThis LEED-certified facility has spaces for 729 vehicles with handicap parking on each floor near the elevators. The city provides four reserved electric car-charging stations on the ground floor for convenience. Palm Avenue parking garage is a great location with affordable parking.
State Street Garage (1538 State Street)
The parking garage entrance and exit provide access to spaces on levels 2 through 6 for cars. Level 1 access is for motorcycle, bicycle, and handicap parking. Downtown parking is at a premium so parking limits are imposed for up to 2 hours in the ‘shopper zone’ or 4 hours in restricted areas on levels 4 through 6.
2nd Street Garage (1400 Block of 2nd Street)
Located between First and Second streets across from Whole Foods. Ground floor parking is available for customers of Whole Foods with second and third levels open to the public. The Public Parking ramp is located on Second Street near the corner of Central Avenue. Time restrictions are monitored with ground-level access at 2 hours and levels 2 and 3 going up to 4 hours max.
